For the eighth consecutive year, JMK Solicitors, NI’s number one personal injury practice, are celebrating being awarded the prestigious Lexcel Quality Mark for their ‘very high standard’ of overall compliance.
The Lexcel scheme, administered by the Law Society, recognises firms which achieve excellence in legal practice management and client care.
During the annual review, assessors identified thirteen areas of good practice where JMK Solicitors exceeded standard compliance. Remarkably, in the company’s eight-year certification history, no non-compliances have ever been recorded.
Feedback from the Lexcel assessor commended the JMK team on receiving nearly 394 Google reviews averaging 4.9/5 stars and both West Belfast and Derry/Londonderry offices consistently achieving 5/5 stars. Almost 40% of clients are using the Client APP which interfaces effectively with Proclaim equating to an 10% increase on last year.
The company has undergone a successful restructuring at Director level with Louise Mone taking on the role of Managing Director, Gerry Casey as Legal Services Director, Kathy Ferguson as Risk & Compliance Director, Cate McQuade as IT & Legal Technical Director, Andrew Moore as Finance Director and Carmel Ross as Operations Director. Jonathan McKeown and Maurece Hutchinson are Co Founders of the Firm with Maurece holding the title of Emeritus Fellow with APIL.
