JMK Solicitors acted for a client from Co. Tyrone who was involved in a road traffic collision on a roundabout in Co. Derry~Londonderry.
Our client had entered the roundabout and was taking the second exit, when another vehicle entering from the first exit, struck the passenger side of our client’s vehicle, forcing the client into the island at the second exit.
Our client suffered injuries to the left-hand side of her body during the accident including her neck, lower back and knee and also felt some anxiety around travelling after the incident.
JMK Solicitors secured a settlement for the client of over £9,000 in respect of their personal injury claims, also recovering the costs of private physiotherapy and reflexology treatments they had.
