Our client was proceeding along the road when a vehicle emerged from a side road without due care and struck our client’s driver side back door. The client suffered several injuries including very limited mobility in neck, sore left shoulder, sore ribs, sharp chest pain and pains in their back.
After receiving an initial offer of approximately £7,000 compensation, JMK Solicitors were able to secure a settlement of £12,500 without having to issue court proceedings which our client was delighted with.
