Do I need to be a driver to make a road traffic accident claim?

No—anyone who’s involved in an accident can make a claim. Compensation is available for drivers and passengers in cars and other vehicles, including motorcycles. Will I have to go to court?

We at JMK Solicitors will work to get the best possible outcome for your case.
