I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before, but on this occasion, I think it’s well deserved. I would like to especially thank Bronagh, Karl, and John for their help with my case. Dealing with a compensation claim was new to me, and I wasn’t particularly clued in on the process. Thankfully, with the staff at JMK, I didn’t need to be, they explained everything in detail from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout. They achieved a really positive outcome on my behalf, considering the situation. I’m sure many people helped behind the scenes, but these three are a real credit to the company. JMK as a whole were great to deal with – even speaking with receptionists was a pleasure. I can honestly say that everyone I spoke with was compassionate, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Hats off to the team behind the phones – I really can’t thank you enough!
