From the outset, they were able to take the initiative and drive forward the claim procedure. This was valuable to me because even though my injuries were slight, the whiplash left me with a sense of vagueness and fatigue for some time. Overall they did a great job and I was just left to monitor the situation occasionally. Very pleased with them!
