Vanessa Leeson

Vanessa is a receptionist in our Belfast office. As the first point of contact with many of our clients, Vanessa’s priority is to greet and assist clients in a friendly and efficient manner, both in person and over the phone. Vanessa has a background in customer service and administration and is thorough and attentive to detail in all matters.

Vanessa takes great satisfaction in her work as the initial point of contact for clients, fueled by her passion for interacting with people. Her primary goal is to establish positive relationships and build trust with clients throughout their entire experience with JMK Solicitors.

She adeptly addresses clients’ inquiries and facilitates connections with solicitors who can provide appropriate assistance. Moreover, she proactively suggests alternative solutions to ensure clients receive exceptional care.

Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and friends outside of work. She also enjoys taking walks and reading in her free time.
