Louise Mone

Louise Mone is the Managing Director of JMK Solicitors and has been an integral part of the firm since joining in 2006.  After graduating from Queen’s University Belfast she completed her Professional Qualification with the firm and has played a key role in its growth and success over the past two decades.

As Managing Director, Louise works closely with the Founders and Board of Directors to provide strategic leadership across the business. She is responsible for driving the firm’s vision, supporting operational excellence and ensuring JMK continues to deliver outstanding results and exceptional client service. Louise is passionate about developing high-performing teams, embracing innovation, and maintaining a culture where clients remain at the heart of everything the firm does.

Louise believes that every client has a unique story and understands the profound impact that an accident or injury can have on an individual’s life. Her approach is built on empathy, trust and clear communication.

She takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the legal process. Louise is committed to helping clients access the rehabilitation and treatment they need to aid their recovery, whilst providing practical advice and managing expectations with honesty and compassion.

Her focus is not only on securing compensation but on helping clients rebuild their lives and move forward with confidence.

Louise has extensive experience in personal injury litigation, having successfully represented clients in County Court, High Court and Appeal Court.

She has secured significant compensation for clients across a wide range of personal injury claims and has extensive experience in recovering rehabilitation and treatment costs, including physiotherapy, counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), to support clients in their recovery.

Alongside her legal expertise, Louise has become recognised for her leadership within the firm, helping to shape strategy, drive operational performance and support the continued growth of JMK Solicitors. Her unique combination of legal knowledge, commercial insight and commitment to client care enables her to lead the firm while remaining firmly focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
