Katie Abbott

Katie joined our team of Legal Administrators in April 2023, supporting our Legal Advisors by carrying out a range of administrative and secretarial tasks.

Katie obtained a B.A Honours degree in English and has been working within customer services for over 14 years.

To foster positive relationships with clients, prioritise friendliness and empathy in all interactions. Be a source of guidance and support during difficult and stressful periods, acknowledging the potential trauma involved. Reassure clients that JMK Solicitors is committed to providing the best possible service to all clients and that their needs are a top priority.

Outside of work Katie rides horses several times a week and enjoys running. She has a strong passion for music and would go to a lot of concerts throughout the year.
