Judith Matthews

Judith became a member of our team in January 2023, serving as a Legal Administrator. Leveraging her customer service expertise, she ensures that every client receives a warm welcome and is well taken care of.

Her focus and enthusiasm lie in PI law, which she finds fulfilling as it allows her to assist clients through what is often a trying period and attain a favourable compensation outcome on their behalf.

Judith is the first point of contact for our clients, calling them, explaining that she is here to help them and taking the time to go through their personal details while giving them her undivided attention is important to help with first impressions and trust.

Even when you have been in an accident that is not your fault it can be stressful during the waiting period knowing that it is still in the back of your mind. Judith always tries to reassure clients that their Legal Advisor is experienced in helping to alleviate their worries in what can be a very stressful time in their lives and to secure a good outcome for them in terms of compensation.

When Judith is not working, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and friends. She also likes to stay active by going for walks and hikes.
