In her role as Litigation Co-Ordinator, Marie-Claire provides support to the Legal Advisor team enabling them to look after clients effectively and achieve JMK Solicitor’s mission and vision. She has over 2 decades of experience in running and managing files.
Marie-Claire’s role in coordinating and working with the various teams in JMK Solicitors provides her with a strong understanding in terms of the needs of both clients and colleagues.
Prior to joining JMK Solicitors, Marie-Claire qualified from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast.

Marie-Claire aims to put herself in the client’s shoes and see the situation from their perspective. She takes pride in treating each client as she would like to be treated.

Experience
- Worked in general practice for a number of years before joining JMK Solicitors and specialising in personal injury law from 2008.
- Secured a seven-figure settlement following a long running case against MIB following a road traffic accident which occurred as a result of debris on the roadway, deposited by an untraced vehicle.
- Represented a family at an inquest hearing and subsequently secured a settlement from the Trust concerned for medical negligence.
