The firm with offices in Belfast City Centre, West Belfast, Newry and Derry~Londonderry, reduced their working hours by 20%, from 37.5 hours to 30 hours in January 2020 with no impact on salaries. This groundbreaking initiative was designed to enhance work-life balance and has proven to be a resounding success with JMK continuing to be NI’s number 1 personal injury firm and their client recommendation remaining at 99%.
