Background
Jordan joined JMK Solicitors in September 2019 as a member of the JMK Graduate Programme. As a legal graduate, Jordan collaborated with our team of legal administrators to offer legal assistance to our Legal Advisors. Jordan takes pleasure in being part of a team that prioritises client service and approaches each case with personalised attention.
In October 2023 Jordan became fully qualified as a Solicitor.
Jordan finds personal injury law appealing because of the opportunity it provides to interact with a diverse range of individuals, including medical professionals from various fields and other legal professionals. He takes pride in his ability to connect with new and existing clients on a personal level and enjoys working closely with them.

Jordan has a highly empathetic approach when dealing with clients, especially when it comes to the daunting experience of working with lawyers. He understands the stress and worries that clients may face in unfamiliar legal situations.

As a Legal Administrator, Jordan has amassed more than three years of experience managing JMK Solicitors clients and files, granting him a profound appreciation for the significance of JMK Solicitors operations as a business.
Outside of work
Jordan has a keen interest in nature and loves exploring new trails and discovering hidden gems in the great outdoors. He is an avid reader and is always looking to broaden his horizons by delving into books on a wide range of topics.
Why did you choose the apprentice programme at JMK?
I joined JMK Solicitors in September 2019 as part of the graduate programme. I then obtained an apprenticeship in October 2021. I chose the JMK apprentice programme due to the modern nature of the firm and the opportunities that were available to gain experience.
What have you learnt?
Since joining the programme, I have worked in various departments which has helped me to gain valuable experience at the start of my legal career. As an apprentice you work closely with other legal advisors in order to provide support to clients. I have learnt how to run a file, negotiate, analyse and how to get the best results for clients.
I have also been well trained in terms of personal injury and damage only cases and have learnt how to use a modern case management system.
Benefits to the apprentice programme at JMK?
There are many benefits to the apprentice programme, one being the opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors and legal advisors. I also gained valuable experience at court and extensive training in many areas. JMK also offers private healthcare, gym membership, and the flexibility to work from home.
What would you want a law student to know about working at JMK?
I would recommend applying to the JMK apprentice programme as you will get the chance to kickstart your legal career in a modern, progressive and successful law firm which will give you every opportunity to progress and provide you with invaluable experience as you begin your legal career.
