What were you doing before you joined JMK?
After working as a solicitor in both a commercial law firm and a general practice I took some time out to establish my own retail business and to write my first novel.

Why did you decide to join JMK?
I was excited by the prospect of a new role within a dynamic and expanding practice. I knew I would be able to learn and develop my career is this unique law firm.

What are you working on now?
Currently I am developing a new quality control system to monitor and manage all business carried out by the practice.

What has been the most rewarding aspect about working for JMK?
The chance to partake in diverse and interesting training, including executive life coaching and ISO management training.
