Car accidents are an ever common occurrence on Northern Ireland’s roads. If you have been involved in a car accident and suffered personal injury through no fault of your own either as a driver, passenger or pedestrian you should consider claiming for compensation. You are entitled to be compensated for the injury and losses you have sustained as a result of an accident.
Medical Negligence
We recognise that injuries caused by the errors of medical professionals can be very distressing and we have many years experience of representing victims of medical accidents in a sympathetic manner.
You would be entitled to compensation if you can establish that your injury was caused by treatment which fell short of that which could have been expected from a reasonably competent medical professional in that field.
You have a period of three years from either the date of the negligent treatment or from the date you became aware that the treatment was negligent.
